We recommend you reserve appointments in advance, in order to receive your preferred date, time, and technician for your services. Appointments can be made by phone, text, email, or online. We require a major credit card on file for all reservations and teeth whitening appointments require a $50 deposit.
Cancellation / Rescheduling
We regret the need to have a cancellation policy. Please honor your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Appointments canceled 48-24 hours before scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Unfortunately, after two no-shows, we reserve the right to refuse service. All cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
Promptness / Late Arrival
For your first appointment, please arrive 10-15 minutes early, in order to complete any necessary paperwork and discuss your goals or concerns with your technician. Because our treatments involve the skilled and personal attention of our technicians, it is vital that each appointment start on time. If your late arrival is unavoidable, we will try our best to accommodate you. However, your appointment will end at the scheduled time, as not to interfere with the appointment following you and you will be charged for the original time booked, not the amount of time you are present. If we feel we cannot provide quality services to you in the time remaining, you may be rescheduled at our discretion. You will be responsible for the total charges of the original treatment(s) booked.
We accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks. All payments are due at the time of service.
Returns / Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot allow returns or exchanges of any home tanning and home teeth whitening products.
Expire one year after date of purchase and are non-refundable. However, they are transferable, if you are unable to use your gift card and would like to give it to someone else. Please treat your Gift Card like cash, it must be presented in order to redeem.
In order to provide a tranquil experience for all clients, we ask that all guests maintain a quiet voice level and that all cell phones be muted upon arrival. Children are allowed only if they are receiving a service. No pets allowed, service animals welcome.
